Clare/Bones and Dawn X

Introduction

Editing this second interview took a lot longer than expected, but in the weekend after midterms, i am so happy to say it’s finally ready.

I originally intended for this piece to publish in the first or second week of july, and time of writing is july 27th. In this span Bones, as part of Femcel, played ad club DD as part of the Riot Girl Cover Show, then on the next day opened at the U-Haul fest. The u-haul fest is the second to last show Bones is going to play before hauling to a distant location away from this city – and what a send off, literally rocking screaming in a dirt field of multiple literal u-hauls, 100 (a figurative figure) lesbians, and ofc, g-strings.

Sentimental, melancholic, your editor can’t repeat the observer-enthusiasm from the last piece.

Here is what Bones and me go over in this interview (done in late june):

Kismet Poetry Collective, Rocky Horror, Femcel, Loser Diaries – the (almost a) decade of achievements

Clare, Bones, Ephemeral

You, Me, The city, Remembrance

Bone’s last show in montreal is on August 20, 8PM, at Hemisphere Gauche
